Service Details OSAKA GYARU STYLE is a special makeover experience in Osaka 💄✨ Enjoy full Japanese gyaru makeup, outfit styling, and a 30-minute street photoshoot together as two guests 📸💖 Please read this first ・Outfits are selected from 5 styles prepared by our team 👗 ・Custom outfit consultation is available for an additional fee 🎀 ・Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your booking date for custom outfit requests What’s included ・Full gyaru makeup ・Outfit rental ・30-minute street photoshoot ・60+ original photo files ・6 retouched photos ※Original photo files and retouched photos are provided in total for two guests. Photo Area ・Dotonbori / Amerikamura Styling ・We provide personalized gyaru makeup and styling for each guest 💋 ・Each guest can choose an outfit at the studio on the day of the session Before your booking Please send the following information for both guests: ・Height ・Weight ・Shoe size ・Usual clothing size ※Outfits are prepared in standard sizes, so a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed. Process 🖤 Step 1 | After Booking We may ask for style preferences and sizing information. 🖤 Step 2 | Arrival Please come to the studio location provided to you in advance, on time. 🖤 Step 3 | Makeup & Outfit Selection We will complete full gyaru makeup for both guests, and each guest will choose an outfit from our 5 styles. 🖤 Step 4 | Photoshoot We mainly shoot around Dotonbori and Amerikamura. Pair shots are the main focus, and solo shots may also be taken if time allows. 🖤 Step 5 | After the Shoot After the photoshoot, you will return to the studio or follow the outfit return instructions. 🖤 Step 6 | Photo Delivery ・Original photo data: within 1 week ・Choose 6 photos for retouching ・Retouched photos: within 2 weeks after selection 💌✨
Cancellation Policy
Notes ・The contents included in each plan follow the details of the plan you booked. Makeup, outfit rental, and styling vary by plan. ・For full makeover plans, outfits are selected from 5 styles prepared by our team. ・If you want a special outfit, custom consultation is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your booking date. ・For plans requiring outfit preparation, please send your height, weight, shoe size, and usual clothing size in advance. ・As outfits are prepared in standard sizes, a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed. ・Photoshoot-only plans do not include makeup, outfit rental, or styling. Please arrive fully prepared. ・Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ・Bookings are available for guests aged 16 and over only. Guests under 18 need parental consent. ・As this is a public street photoshoot, passersby may appear in the background. ・Photo locations or routes may change depending on weather, crowds, traffic, or travel time on the day. ・Fisheye photography includes intentional lens distortion. ・The number of delivered files and retouched photos follows the details of each plan. ・If outfits or accessories are damaged or lost, you may be charged 50% of the retail value. ・If you do not follow staff instructions, or if there is unsafe or disruptive behavior, the service may be stopped without refund. Cancellation Policy ・Up to 7 days before: Free ・6 to 3 days before: 50% of the booking fee ・2 days before to same day: 100% of the booking fee ・No-show: 100% of the booking fee Late Arrival ・If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened depending on the situation. ・If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ・No partial refund will be given for shortened sessions caused by lateness. Rescheduling ・Rescheduling is subject to availability. ・Last-minute changes may be treated as cancellations. Custom Outfit / Special Orders ・Costs for custom outfit consultation, sourcing, or special orders may be charged separately from the standard cancellation fee. ・Once ordering or sourcing has started, those costs may become non-refundable. Weather / Force Majeure ・In cases of rain, severe weather, natural disaster, or major transportation disruption, we may offer a schedule or service adjustment.
