OSAKA GYARU STYLE – Photoshoot Only Plan 📸✨ This is a 60-minute professional street photoshoot plan for two guests. Bring your favorite makeup and outfits and enjoy a professional photoshoot on the streets of Osaka. Before the shoot, you may use the OSAKA GYARU STYLE studio to change and prepare your own makeup and hair. You may leave unnecessary belongings at the studio during the shoot. 【What's Included】 ・60-minute street photoshoot for 2 guests ・Photos taken with a fisheye lens ・30+ retouched photos in total ・Studio use before and after the shoot ・Storage for your belongings during the shoot 【Shooting Areas】 Dotonbori / Amerikamura We mainly shoot photos together as well as individual shots. The longer session allows more locations and compositions than the 30-minute plan. ※The route may be adjusted depending on weather, crowds, and travel time. 【Studio Use】 Use the studio before the shoot for changing and preparation. After the shoot, finish on location or return to the studio to change and collect your belongings. ※Full gyaru makeup, hair styling, and outfit rental by our staff are not included. 【Schedule】 Step 1｜Meet & Prepare at the Studio Step 2｜Move to the Shooting Area Step 3｜Street Photoshoot Enjoy pair and individual shots using Osaka's neon and street atmosphere. Step 4｜Finish Finish on location or return to the studio if needed. Step 5｜Photo Delivery 30+ retouched photos in total will be delivered within 10 days.
Cancellation Policy
Notes ・The contents included in each plan follow the details of the plan you booked. Makeup, outfit rental, and styling vary by plan. ・If you would like a special outfit, custom outfit consultation is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your booking date. ・If outfit preparation is required, please send us your height, shoe size, and usual clothing size in advance. ・As outfits are prepared in standard sizes, a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed for every guest. ・Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ・As this is a public street photoshoot, passersby may appear in the background. ・Photo locations or routes may change depending on weather, crowds, traffic, or travel time on the day. ・Fisheye photography includes intentional lens distortion. ・The number of delivered files and retouched photos follows the details of each plan. ・If outfits or accessories are damaged or lost, you may be charged 50% of the retail value. ・If you do not follow staff instructions, or if there is unsafe or disruptive behavior, the service may be stopped without refund. Cancellation Policy ・Up to 7 days before: Free ・6 to 3 days before: 50% of the booking fee ・2 days before to same day: 100% of the booking fee ・No-show: 100% of the booking fee Late Arrival ・If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened depending on the situation. ・If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ・No partial refund will be given for shortened sessions caused by lateness. Rescheduling ・Rescheduling is subject to availability. ・Last-minute changes may be treated as cancellations. Custom Outfit / Special Orders ・Costs for custom outfit consultation, sourcing, or special orders may be charged separately from the standard cancellation fee. ・Once ordering or sourcing has started, those costs may become non-refundable. Weather / Force Majeure ・In cases of rain, severe weather, natural disaster, or major transportation disruption, we may offer a schedule or service adjustment.
